Products tailored
to customer needs

Every new product starts with market data, which we combine with culinary expertise and quick-freezing technology. We guide it from the first idea all the way to the customer's cold store.

How we develop a new product

  1. Market analysis and needs identification

Every new product begins with market research. We analyse current food service trends, the preferences of HoReCa operators and gaps in the available frozen food ranges. We supplement market data with conversations with customers and distributors, so that we create products that genuinely sell.

  2. Recipe development and sensory testing

Our food technologists, together with experienced chefs, develop recipes that combine authentic flavour with the demands of the freezing process. Every proposal goes through several rounds of tasting, during which we refine the composition, aroma and texture until the product tastes exactly the way we want it to.

  3. Production trials and process validation

We run the product on the production line under real conditions. We monitor the key process parameters — temperature, freezing time and portion weight — and carry out consumer tests on a representative group. Based on the results, we make the final adjustments before full-scale launch.

  4. Launch and continuous quality monitoring

Once successfully validated, the product joins our commercial range and nationwide distribution network. We regularly gather feedback from our food service partners and track sales performance, refining both the recipe and the production process as we go.
