  5. The Website uses personal data for the following purposes
    • Running a newsletter

    • Handling inquiries through a form

    • Processing orders for products - preparation, packaging, dispatch

    • Fulfilment of the services ordered

    • Dealing with relevant accounting documents

    • Debt collection

    • Presentation of an offer or information

    • Compliance with legal obligations to which the Controller is subject pursuant to Article 6(1) (c) GDPR; to the extent provided for by special regulations (e.g. keeping the accounts).

2. Selected data protection methods used by the Operator

  1. Locations of logging in and entering personal data shall be protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This ensures that the personal data and login data entered on the page shall be encrypted in the user’s computer and can be read out only on the target server.

  2. The Operator shall periodically change his administrator’s passwords.

  3. A significant element of data protection is regular update of any software used by the Operator for personal data processing, which in particular means regular updates of programming components.

4. Your rights and additional information on how data are used

  1. In certain situations the Controller shall have a right to transmit your personal data to other recipients, if this turns out to be necessary for the performance of the agreement concluded with you or for the fulfilment of the obligations imposed on the Controller. This applies to such recipients as:

    • Persons authorised by us, employees and collaborators, who must have access to personal data in order to perform their duties;

    • hosting companies,

    • companies dealing with SMS messaging,

    • companies with which the Controller cooperates in the scope of his own marketing,

    • restriction of processing,

You have the right to object, within the scope specified in point 3.3. c), to personal data processing for the purpose of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, including profiling, whereas the right to object shall not be exercised in case of compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

  6. Providing personal data is voluntary but required for operation of the Website.

  7. Certain actions may be performed towards you, which actions are subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, to enable the provision of services under the concluded agreement and to enable the Controller to carry out direct marketing.

  8. Personal data shall not be transferred to third countries within the meaning of the regulations on personal data protection. This means that we shall not send them outside the territory of the European Union.

 

5. Information included in forms

  1. The Website collects the information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data, if any.

  2. The Website may store information about connection parameters (time, IP address).

  3. The Service, in certain cases, may store information which makes it possible to link the data provided in a form with email address of the user filling out that form. In this case the user’s email address appears within the URL address of the page containing the form.

  4. Data provided in a form shall be processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g. for the purpose of carrying out the process of handling a request for service or for the purpose of business contact, registration of a service, etc. The context and description of a form always clearly inform about the purpose it serves.

7. Major marketing techniques

  1. The operator applies a website traffic statistical analysis, through Google Analytics (Google Inc. having its registered office in the USA). The Operator shall not provide the operator of that service with any personal data, only anonymised information. The service is based on the use of cookies in the user’s terminal equipment. To the extent of information on the user’s preferences gathered by Google advertising network, the User may view and edit the information contained in cookies using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/

  2. The Operator uses Facebook pixel tag. Owing to this technology, the service Facebook (Facebook Inc. having its registered office in the USA) knows that a given person registered in that service uses the Website. In this case it is based on data with regard to which he is the controller himself, the Operator shall not transmit any of his additional personal data to Facebook. The service is based on the use of cookies in the user’s terminal equipment.

  1. The Website uses cookies.
